Greenhouse Gas Remote Sensing Group

The  Greenhouse Gas Remote Sensing Group group focuses on developing and applying remote sensing methods for the greenhouse gases, especially CO2 and CH4, with the aim of better understanding the their global budget and the exchange between the surface and the atmosphere including anthropogenic emissions.

As part of our research, we work with satellite, airborne and ground-based  instruments and we conduct our own field campaigns. We are involved in many satellite missions and we are working with space agencies such as NASA or ESA and with many partners all over the world.
