Carbon Dioxide columns from SCIAMACHY using FSI-WFM-DOAS

Carbon dioxde vertical column ratios (VMRs), are derived from SCIAMACHY measurements using the FSI-WFM-DOAS technique (Barkley et al., ACP, 2006a). These images show monthly mean retrieved CO2 VMRs plotted over 1 degree by 1 degree grid squares. Validation work on these retrievals is being carried out.
